LiteCon was founded in 2014 as a joint venture between Evonik Industries and Secar Technologie GmbH with headquarters in Hönigsberg, Styria, and currently has 90 employees.
Secar Technologie GmbH acquired 100% of the company Litecon on July 1, 2023. This acquisition was largely driven by Karl-Heinz Semlitsch, the owner and Managing Director of Secar Technologie GmbH. Under his leadership, the focus is on integrating Litecon in order to fully exploit its innovative strength and technological expertise. A central aspect of this takeover is the targeted technology leadership, which is to be further expanded through Litecon’s advanced technologies and innovative approaches.
The high-tech company develops and produces unique system solutions for lightweight construction worldwide. Customers from the aviation and automotive industries have unimagined possibilities in terms of application and can build their super sports cars and aircraft significantly lighter thanks to LiteCon.
